Category Sourcing Manager - Global Strategic Sourcing Team (Allentown, PA)

We are seeking a Category Sourcing Manager within our Global Strategic Sourcing team responsible for sourcing activities relating to catalysts and brazed aluminum heat exchangers. This position ensures the continuous supply of high-quality products, drives cost savings, and manages supplier relationships. You will work closely with Product Sourcing Managers to optimize sourcing strategies and introduce innovative technologies.

• Expertise in global strategic sourcing for catalysts and equipment

• Strong technical competence and understanding of processes and equipment

• Ability to collaborate globally and manage Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs

• Commercial acumen with proficiency in negotiating supply agreements and contracts

• Experience in identifying and qualifying new global suppliers to optimize supply chains

• B.S. Degree in Engineering (MBA preferred); Supply Chain or Business degrees considered with requisite experience

• 15+ years of experience in an industrial environment, including sourcing or engineering roles

• Build and implement Global Category Strategies aligned with business and technical priorities

• Manage cost competitiveness through capital cost reductions and ensure continuous product supply

• Develop Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs with critical suppliers

• Collaborate with Global Engineering and Technology leads on supplier development

• Identify new global suppliers to improve equipment performance and increase competition

• Negotiate strategic supply agreements and standardized contracts to ensure supply and reduce risks

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business (MBA preferred)

• 15+ years of experience in an industrial environment with sourcing or engineering roles

• Strong technical, business, and commercial competencies
