Position Title: Line Worker - 2nd or 3rd Shift
Wage: $18.24 - $19.99/hour Shift: 2nd or 3rd Hours: 3:00pm - 11:30pm or 10:00pm - 7:00am Fuel your passion as a Line Worker at our client company in Plover, WI. Line Worker Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Estimate weight of product visually - Verify count, look at, handle product, as required by its nature, to determine grade and identify substandard products - Place rejected products and individual grades of products in designated piles, containers, or areas; add supplemental product in order to bring original product into specifications - Notify Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues - Rotate through various positions on the Appetizer line - Maintain a safe and clean work area - Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices Line Worker Requirements: - Able to walk or stand throughout shift - Able to lift and/or move up to 35lbs - Able to work in multiple areas of the plant and work in a cool environment (50-55 degrees) - Excellent vision, distant and peripheral, with the ability to identify and distinguish colors, and adjust focus - Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals - Demonstrate reliability and good work ethic - Strong attention to detail - Quality focused with ability to follow personal and food safety requirements - Outstanding attendance record and team focus to meet and exceed customer expectations QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
