Responsibilities:



  • Maintain a safe office working environment
  • Set up, maintain, and update cost control budgets, actuals, and forecasts within Worley's cost control system
  • Update and monitor deliverable earned progress data and reports
  • Maintain engineering and services staffing plans
  • Calculate and report variances, performance, and other project metrics
  • Actively manage cost forecasts; raise, and facilitate the trend process; updates forecast and cost flow
  • Communicates with project team, receiving regular status and forecast updates
  • Reviewing and validating data with discipline leads for cost reporting data, incurred costs, earned value and forecasts
  • Managing vendor budgets, commitments, invoices, and forecasting
  • Supporting project change processes by helping create and track project deviation notices and variations
  • Reviewing vendor and subcontract invoices against contract term and customer invoicing requirements
  • Tracking and maintaining overtime and personnel authorization forms and logs
  • Manage project accounting and financial information within Worley's financial system
  • Responding to ad hoc requests and inquiries, as required

Technical and Industry Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields; or Project Controls or industry experience
  • Working knowledge of EcoSys a plus
  • Proven team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Innovative individual with a pro-active, analytical approach to problem identification and resolution
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite


Salary - $66,847/year - $98,304/year

Benefits: eligible for PTO, 401k, medical, vision, dental, etc.

This position is slated to start in 2025
