Position Summary Arts & Science is seeking a talented Program Administrator to join the Department of Environmental Studies. This individual will manage daily operations, including supervising student workers and administering office policies and procedures, for the Center for Mind, Ethics, and Policy (CMEP), the Center for Environmental and Animal Protection (CEAP), and the Wild Animal Welfare Program (WAW). Monitor budgets; coordinate logistics for internal and external events, seminars and meetings; design and produce promotional materials; and oversee center communications with faculty, vendors, stakeholders, and attendees. Manage recruitment activities for contractors, researchers, and student workers. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $75,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
