Overview
RTI Health Solutions (RTI-HS), a business unit of RTI International, is an independent and internationally recognized research organization. We provide scientifically rigorous research and consulting services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostics companies. Our various practice areas include Market Access and Outcomes Strategy, Patient-Centered Outcomes Assessment, Health Economics, Pharmacoepidemiology, Biostatistics, Surveys and Observational Studies, and Health Preference Assessment. The Global Pharmacoepidemiology and Risk Management team, within RTI-HS is currently based in the US (NC, MA), and Spain (Barcelona). Responsibilities We are looking for an exceptional individual with the senior expertise and experience to positively impact our research which focuses on the strategy, design and implementation of pharmacoepidemiologic and other regulatory grade real world evidence research and consultation. You will contribute to business development activities to bring new project opportunities with new and existing clients, strategic early planning of projects and lead teams responsible for their implementation and dissemination and participate in regulatory meetings as required. You will also provide strategic consultation to pharmaceutical companies on pharmacoepidemiology and other regulatory grade RWE topics. This individual will also serve as a mentor to other colleagues and contribute to the leadership of the epidemiology practice area through internal management groups. The position is based in the Waltham, MA, combining onsite with work from home. Qualifications
