As a Capital Project Engineering Lead in Process Engineering, your primary objective is to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale projects focused on process improvement, facility expansion, or equipment upgrades. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate project activities, and closely monitor progress. You will be responsible for managing resources, mitigating risks, and aligning project execution with business objectives. By fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners, you will drive successful project outcomes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of leading Front-end Loading (FEL) projects, such as conducting feasibility studies, estimating costs, allocating resources, assessing risks, and creating project schedules.
