Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Tempe, AZ. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electromechanical assembly operations, which may include skilled handwork or utilizing automated production equipment.
  • Comprehends and interprets various technical specifications, terms, and documents.
  • Determines or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
  • Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
  • Entry-level support individual contributor.
  • Work is closely supervised.
  • Work consists of tasks that are routine.
  • Explains facts and practices related to job area.
  • Works with close supervision on routine tasks.
  • Detailed instructions are provided and close peer review is needed
  • Communicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.
  • Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
  • Follows established processes to complete tasks.
  • Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.
  • Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has minimal impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
  • Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, routine task-related activities.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $19.00/hr.

Hours: 980 Reg - 1st Shift.

Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Microsoft Office and Operating Computers.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Experience handing small products/microchips
  • Close attention to detail and quality.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Teamwork oriented.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision if necessary.
  • Ability to make quality decisions quickly.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

  • Good hand/eye coordination - manual dexterity is necessary as we work with glass products.
