Overview Dallas Medical Center, a full-service acute care hospital, conveniently located at the northeast corner of Interstate 635 and Webb Chapel in the North Dallas suburb of Farmers Branch. Is an active participant in performance improvement data collection, activities, and functions to promote an integrated program in Trauma, which ensures the provision of the highest quality of healthcare in our trauma patients. Collaborates with personnel involved with the Trauma Program. Assists with the development and implementation of trauma initiatives, trauma policies and procedures, including staff education activities. Evaluates Trauma Program through the use of data capture, follow-up and trend analysis and presents findings to appropriate committees. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team on identified performance improvement issues (PDCA), implementation of new services and systems/ performance measures for the Trauma Program.
