Dermatology

Job Description

The Dermatology Office Support Assistant will perform various, general secretarial functions critical to the dermatology department. General duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greet guests and direct traffic coming into the office.
  • Manage calls coming into the department main phone number.
  • Maintain tracking for FPPE, OPPE and MBM for the department.
  • Assist with payroll by checking timesheets and following up with employees.
  • Assist in tracking staff and faculty time off.
  • Manage and maintain conference rooms.
  • Keep the office clean and tidy.
  • Create and distribute department newsletter.
  • Update bulletin boards.
  • Order supplies for the department
  • Perform various data entry tasks.
Shift

Mon - Fri 8:00a - 5:00p

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $14.51 - $19.92 Hourly
GGS Grade: GGS-006
