Operations Administration Job Description
Summary This position serves as the HR representative for divisions and departments of Campus Facilities, Planning, Design & Construction, Space Planning, Environmental Health and Safety, and MU Police Department. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and process HR transactions including hires, job changes, pay changes, earnings distribution changes, leaves of absence, separations, etc. ensuring accuracy and completeness before submitting for final processing. Conduct Campus Facilities New Employee Orientation and new hire paperwork for full-time and part-time staff. Manage eRecruit process, offers and offer letters, rejection letters, moving expense agreements, etc. Assist with oversight of HR systems such as myPerformance. Image all HR documents including uploading in eHRFile. Assist with management of workers' compensation and Return to Work Program. Assist with training sessions for employees and supervisors. Assist employees and managers with document preparation such as PCQ's, resumes, online applications. As with all positions, involvement with other duties and responsibilities may be expected in order to support the mission and purpose of the University of Missouri. Shift
7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Professional HR Certification - either PHR, SHRM-CP, SCP or higher. Familiarity with university systems and human resource policies or equivalent. Valid driver's license is required. Anticipated Hiring Range
