We are EnSafe, an employee-owned, global professional services firm. We strive to provide cutting-edge, creative solutions for our clients. We are currently accepting applications for a Systems Administrator I in our Memphis, TN office.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintain Hybrid Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID environment (users, groups, devices, applications)
  • Prepare, deploy, and manage end-user software and applications with Microsoft InTune
  • Maintain data center and Wide Area Network health using existing monitoring tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise
  • Configure, deploy and support infrastructure equipment including on-premise servers, imaged end-user devices, network stacks, desk phones, printers, IoT devices, and others
  • Microsoft Teams desktop, conference, and room management
  • Maintain Microsoft 365 environment (users, Teams/groups, distribution lists, and license assignments)
  • Rotation of after-hours (on-call-paid) support
  • Provide Tier II support for escalated Help Desk tickets, off-load Help Desk tickets during peak hours, and advise on Tier I troubleshooting steps

What You Need:

  • Associate Degree in Applied Sciences relative to System Administration or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in systems/network administration
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communications skills
  • Scripting experience relative to batch scripting and PowerShell
  • CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in information technology or computer science
  • Experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing (specifically Microsoft Azure.)
  • Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V) and cloud computing (Azure)
  • Compliance models (NIST 800.171, DFARS, and CUI)
  • Other professional certification (Network+; Security+; Microsoft or similar certifications.)
