Job Title: Procurement Governance Specialist

Location(s): White Plains, NY



Job Functions & Responsibilities:

* Assist with data/documents for executive meetings.

* Assist with weekly, monthly data compliance efforts.

* Assist with compellation of training documentation including procurement manual.


Skills:

* Familiarity with creating and modifying PowerPoint presentations.

* Excellent Excel skills and able to execute formulas on demand.

* Comfortable conducting research on procurement topics and preparation of summaries thereof.

* Comfortable providing suggestions of improvements to existing processes based on experience.

* Able to work as part of a team; dependable, punctual and pleasant.

* Able to schedule workday to see tasks through to completion in a timely manner.

* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.


Education & Certifications:

* Bachelor's degree

* Proficiency with tools such as MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and other office products

* Knowledge of SAP, a plus.

* Knowledge of PowerBI, a plus.
