Intern, SH&E Contractor & Mgmt Systems - US (Remote)

This position is an exciting opportunity and will provide invaluable work experience in a growing company.This position is for a part-time internship beginning in August 2024 and will last approximately 4 months.

What you will do:

• Learn the SH&E Vision, Strategy and Actions embedded throughout Nutrien and how the SH&E Team adds value to the organization, industry and community.
• Develop an understanding of SH&E and the critical connections we have to protection, reputation, investing, compliance and environmental, social, governance commitments.
• Contractor Management - Supporting the SH&E Teams, Procurement, Legal, Operations and others with requests for service related to ISN, Nutrien Information, SharePoint and prioritizing data requests.
• Service Requests / Reporting - Taking direction from the SH&E Contractor / MS Coordinator, answer service requests, update documents, test SharePoint and other function, review & summarize regulation / practice / procedure and develop presentations.
• Training - Presenting developed SH&E prsentations to business units.

What you will bring:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Safety, Health, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Business, Supply Chain Management, Emergency Response or equivalent related program
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Basic idea of data collection and project management
• Excellent written and verbal skills, good interpersonal and communication skills

• Microsoft Office Suite including Power BI
• Needs to be able to travel 2-3 times during term, passport preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range $18.56 - $23.04 This range is estimated for the Intern, SH&E Contractor & Mgmt Systems, in Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
