Overview

Blue Yonder, a leading supply chain software company, is seeking a Product Director to join our Product Management team. The Product Director will play a key role in driving the development and execution of the company's product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing. The candidate will facilitate bringing new products to market that meet the needs of our customers and drive the continued success of Blue Yonder's supply chain software products.

Scope

  • You will work with a global team across the US, EMEA and India to facilitate creation and communication of Product Statements of Direction and Guidelines and ensuring these are delivered to expectations.
  • You will work closely with product teams in our cloud native and legacy portfolio to coordinate the adoption of Blue Yonder Platform services.
  • The right person for this role will be just as comfortable working outside their immediate team as they are working within their team. They will also have a history of driving change successfully across an organization.

What you'll do

  • Manages the creation and communication of 'Product Statements of Directions' and Sales / Customer Deployment / Support & Operate Guidelines (collectively, called 'Guidelines') - after reconciling the key asks from the internal stakeholders with the Product leaders across PD and PMG
  • Serves as a channel of input to the Product leadership, where the Product Statement of Direction and/or Guidelines need enhancements and clarifications
  • Identification and co-ordination of efforts across all internal stakeholders for big rocks in upcoming Releases
  • Facilitate the development and execution of the product strategy for Blue Yonder's Execution solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet customer needs.
  • Measure and analyze the success of product launches and make recommendations for future improvements.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap to stakeholders, both internally and externally.

What we are looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on supply chain software.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain domain and the competitive landscape for supply chain software
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to articulate the business impact of supply chain decisions
  • Flourishes in cross-functional team operations across customer experience, go-to-market, and product teams
  • Technical understanding of how Blue Yonder planning and execution solutions leverage underlying technologies, including Azure cloud services, machine-learning - both prescriptive and generative, and application configurations.
  • Ability to move seamlessly between technical conversations with lead architects and functional conversations focused on customer value.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA highly desirable.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
