This opportunity is in the Account Services Department.

Responsible for seeing policies through to the finish line, our Account Services department facilitates the processes between Claims, Underwriting, and our brokers. Ranging from rating services to audits to operational guidance, the available career opportunities are abundant with varying levels of specialty. Role Description:

In the role of Quality Control Coordinator you will be responsible for performing thorough inspections of Account Services policies and policy transactions. This includes policies, endorsements, and any other transactions for several lines of business, and any additional documents issued by Account Services as needed. Work performed adheres to established procedures, guidelines, and standards set by the organization.

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Quality Control Coordinator will include:



  • Reviewing Account Services issued policies to ensure the system and policy documents are completed per data quality requirements, corporate guidelines, and meet corporate compliancy rules established by state bureaus, compliance department, and underwriting. Documenting findings and maintains a follow-up process to ensure transactions are distributed to our external customers within established guidelines
  • Assisting in the update of quality control documentation in accordance with Account Services standards for procedures and training documentation by suggesting changes and edits to more senior staff
  • Participates in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives to reduce process variation and prevent defects as needed by reporting inconsistencies and errors in policy documents

Qualifications:

Education:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required, College degree or 2-3 years of office experience preferred


Required Qualifications:



  • Strong capability in learning and utilizing Safety National's systems and supporting applications
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple items simultaneously, manage shifting priorities based on business-need and various deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other related applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
