Your tasks

Position Summary:

The Project Administrator will play a critical role in supporting both internal teams and external clients. The position requires a high level of organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple detailed processes simultaneously. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, able to liaise between various teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Team Support:

Assist Engineers and Account Servicing Teams with administrative tasks.

Pre-populate report packages for upcoming inspections.

Review and conduct quality control of reports and projects prior to client distribution.

Follow up internally on outstanding reports with Field Staff, Reviewers, and Account Servicing Teams.

Update Account Service Instructions, including client requirements, distribution details, and engineer needs.

External Client Support:

Respond to client inquiries related to project updates, report changes, and other requests.

Provide ongoing support for client-related projects and updates.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry to close out inspections, including updating dates, contacts, and other relevant details.

Specialized Projects:

Manage and execute specialized administrative projects as assigned.

Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Liaison Responsibilities:

Act as a point of contact between internal staff and clients.

Facilitate clear communication to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Additional Tasks:

Assist in Account Coordinating Administrator tasks as the role evolves.

Your qualifications

A college degree is preferred but not required.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Demonstrate initiative in performing responsibilities

Team player, willing to take direction and work cooperatively with others

Ability to work independently and confidently

Willingness to learn and expand role
