This role will work with region and area leaders to create scalable tools which provide actionable insights, KPIs and trends in order to identify areas of potential risk and opportunity. Additionally, this role will manage the requirement gathering and management throughout the development process in JIRA. Our organization embraces customer focus, tenacious problem-solving, data-driven decision making and collaboration, and this role will be a key contributor to this culture. Works under minimal supervision and in conjunction with leaders across all functional groups. Leads teams to resolve challenges and to address opportunities related to the portfolio.
