Job Description Summary:UCAR is excited to announce the job opening for Assistant Director for Human Resources (HR) Operations.
This position will drive the development, improvement, and maintenance of the HR operations function as well as be responsible for the overall HR project management. In working collaboratively with organizational leaders and staff, this role will enable success for the HR team in competently delivering the necessary services and support to further UCAR's mission of "advancing research and training in Earth system science."
