Not Applicable Comagine Health is seeking a Regional Manager to support the American Indian Alaska Native (AIAN) health care quality improvement program. In this role, you will provide supervision, mentorship, and coaching to Improvement Advisor teams. You will support your regional team in delivering consultative services to healthcare providers in an assigned region to improve health care quality. You will support your team with provider engagement, monitor activities and documentation, collaborate with subject matter experts, and assure activities align with provider priorities and the scope of work. You will establish collaborative relationships with community and tribal leaders, state and local partners, quality leaders and health care executives. You will get to support your team in building collaborative relationships with hospital, nursing home and outpatient clinics. You are accountable for ensuring your team successfully contributes to the AIAN contract deliverables for your region, ensuring your team services meet client and program participant standards, and achieving relevant performance metrics. This is a remote position. Preference will be given to candidates who reside in the Southwestern/Western regions of the United States. Ideal candidates will have senior-level quality improvement know-how and healthcare experience working with the American Indian/ Alaska Native population.
The contract is funded by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to improve healthcare for American Indian and Alaska Natives. The goals for this project revolve around advancing health care quality in facilities operated by tribal communities and by Indian Health Service (IHS). The Regional Manager will oversee teams of improvement advisors and engage with tribal leaders, IHS area office and service unit leaders, and community partners to assess area and facility needs, identify facility priorities, and develop quality plans. The Regional Manager will understand contract aims, resources, and team structure. They will assure that improvement advisors have what they need to be successful, help them to overcome barriers, monitor activities and documentation for effective reporting, and work with other managers and program leaders to communicate successes and challenges. Salary Range: $93,000 - $130,000 The salary range posted reflects the range that Comagine is willing to pay for this position. Salary is determined by many factors, including but not limited to geographic location of where the employee will perform their job duties in addition to their knowledge, skills, education, and relevant work experience. |
