Overview:

The Director of Special Populations Network (SPN) Operations provides administrative supervision and management of services. Responsible in maintaining compliance with guidelines and requirements of Lakeview Center, funding and accrediting agencies. Maintain required guidelines and requirements of funding Medicaid Wavier Services and Qlarant reviews. Maintain knowledge of Medicaid Wavier regulations and updated changes. Lead the Forensic staff in ensuring no show cause orders within the client data management system APD and Lakeview Center. Ensure Forensic staff maintain communication with jail, courts, judges, and the Florida State hospital. Serve on the high-risk bi-weekly clinical workgroup and work with all programs as a Developmental Disabilities expert. Serve as the APD expert to assist programs in obtaining APD services for individuals that have potential to receive these services.

Requirements:

  • Must have a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related discipline.
  • Valid license in Florida as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or a BCBA
  • Five (5) years of experience in administrative program management.
  • Must have administrative and managerial skills to be able to develop and creatively plan and coordinate programming.
  • Ability to make presentations and provide training before large groups.
  • Knowledge of basic data collection and analysis methods.
  • Experience in budget development and management.
  • Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
