Working under minimal supervision, is responsible for the administration of all company, government, and customer property in the functional element areas including property management, acquisition, receiving, identification, records, movement, storage, physical inventories, report, utilization, maintenance, disposition, and contract closeout in accordance with company policies, procedures, and customer requirements. Duties & Responsibilities
* Review all request for proposals (RFP/RFQ) and new contracts to determine property management requirements. Qualifications
REQUIRED: * Associate Degree in Business Administration or NPMA certification of Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS), Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA), or Certified Professional Property Manager (CPPM).
