Customer Service Specialist

The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Specialist role will be responsible for professionally responding and interfacing directly with inbound customer service calls of established accounts, not limited to fulfilling orders and/or special requests.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Make outbound calls for issue resolution, customer follow up, and customer communication
  • Interacting with multiple Reyes Beer Division (RBD) locations, the call center ensures that customer's needs are met timely and accurately, and all policies/procedures specific for each location are followed accordingly.
  • A qualified candidate will serve as a customer service liaison communicating with each RBD Business Unit accordingly to provide information for daily business functions
  • Provide a high-level of customer service to all customers in accordance to their issue/request
  • Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Microsoft Office and good computer expertise
  • Ability to independently solve problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.
  • Must be detail oriented, highly accurate, conscientious, self-starter able to work independently managing time appropriately along with strong organizational skills.
  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
