Position Summary: The Operations Leader in Training (LIT) position provides a formalized process for accelerating a participant's experience and operational skills required to be an effective Leader within Reyes Beer Division. The Leader in Training Program provides experience in all departments and functions that meet the developmental needs of the participant, as well as suits the needs of the business. Assignments are intended to be rotational in nature and include sponsored projects, functional assignments, systems exposure and development of key leadership relationships. Highlights:
- Dedicated Operations Leadership Development track to provide focused experience
- Rotations include:
- Warehouse
- Delivery
- General Operations
- Participants are provided a Sponsor, Mentor and Direct Manager
- Relocation to one of our national facilities (paid for by the company)

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Rotational assignments in all departments
- Assigned Sponsored projects
- Functional assignments
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the company
- Must possess strong interpersonal and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Must have desire to grow with the company and develop readiness to relocate to other Reyes Beer Division operations as need and opportunities arise
- Must be able to meet deadlines and deal with pressures associated with those deadlines
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and remain organized
- Available to work holidays and weekends as business dictates
- Ability to create and present Communications
- Able to lift cases and kegs repetitively (minimum of 25 pounds each)
- Depending on location, may be required to use personal vehicle to conduct business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Operations focused
- Strong interest in distribution channels and warehouse management
