Temporary Food Grade Research Specialist

Design of experiments, data entry, thorough data analysis, food sample preparation (food grade lab), microbiological analysis of food samples (microbiology lab), support undergraduate student research, project planning with industry partners, and effective consumer communications within the Sensory Service Center. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of shelf life studies, sensory evaluations, maintaining high-quality data integrity, and undergraduate and graduate student projects.
