Earn: $22/hour
The Behavior Support Professional, under appropriate clinical supervision will be responsible for:
* Completing assessments
* Developing strategies
* Writing personalized Behavior Support Plans for individuals with basic to moderate behavior concerns
This role trains and mentors the support team. This position is responsible for efficient and appropriate development, facilitation, documentation and revision of Behavior Support Plans, according to the person's Individual Support Plan and per Merakey policy.
The applicant should have a basic understanding of medical factors and its relations to behavior. The Promotion of positive practices and strategies of presenting issues, based on functional behavioral assessments, as an applied methodology in clinical practice is a primary expectation.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience working with adults with IDD and 2 years of experience developing, implementing or supporting Behavior Support Plans under appropriate clinical supervision
