Overview Waters Corporation Taunton Plant Overview: The Waters Corporation Taunton facility designs, manufactures, synthesizes (from raw materials to finished goods) and develops chromatographic media and standards. The plant is an OSHA PSM facility and had large scale manufacturing and laboratories which have more than 95+ operators on a 24 hour - 5 day schedule. Waters Corporation is currently seeking an HSE Manager to support our Taunton Chemical Manufacturing Operations. In this role, the individual will be responsible for managing people and processes that ensure risk reduction (human safety and environment), employee engagement, regulatory (primarily EPA, OSHA, DOT and DHS) compliance, and HSE training/development. Specifically, the HSE Manager will be responsible for supporting both Corporate and Taunton HSE initiatives. This is an onsite role with presence at the facility 5 days a week Monday through Friday. Effectively build and oversee reliable methods and processes that allow the organization to be 100% preventative and predictive in our safety and health efforts.
