Overview The Clinical Lab Site Lead is responsible for patient care, specimen processing, technical and procedural operations, and laboratory analyses. The Clinical Lab Site Lead will serve as a primary contact for handling customer/patient concerns, taking immediate action when necessary, and communicates follow up to other members of the team. Responsibilities * Responsible for researching, developing, and implementing new or improved procedures and instrumentation; performing quality control, quality improvement, regulatory compliance tasks, maintaining appropriate supply inventory, daily operations, and employee schedules, training, and orientation. Qualifications Education Requirement: Certifications: American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certification, preferred. Skills: Experience: Two years' experience in a similar laboratory, preferred.
