We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our Corporate team. The Business Analyst / Process Engineer is responsible for partnership in IT Program and Portfolio Management demand management process within the IT PPM team. The Business Analyst will also partner with PPM Director and Project Managers on design, requirement, process mapping, and future-state documentation.

This role is expected to work in a hybrid setting in our Plano, TX or Yarmouth, ME office location.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Director, IT PPM to manage demand management requests, business case development, and technology requirements for technology programs and projects.
  • Design requirements and documentation with foresight for the future maintainability and growth of the software.
  • May act as a liaison to clearly communicate ideas between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Gather requirements of moderate scope and complexity from a variety of sources to support program and project discovery process.
  • Communicate requirements in the form of current state maps, end-user requirements in "ability to" statements, capabilities, and future-state outcomes.
  • Facilitate the process to develop business cases with multiple inputs, and outcomes of presenting to leadership for approval and initiative funding.
  • Develop process and outcome documents by documenting current state, capturing ideal state, press for industry standards and best practices, and map future-state encompassing the requirements.
  • May research and analyze projects for new features based on system requirements defined by business system's owners.
