Job Title: Global Contract Administrator:

Location(s): New York, NY

Role & Responsibilities:

* Responsible for planning, coordination and execution of Day 1 separation contract activities

* Contract terms review

* Draft supplier communications and send Day 1 Notices (assignments, consents, etc)

* Execute contracts

* Own the central email inbox for supplier responses, questions and concerns

* Demonstrate understanding of the client's business, objectives and constraints when addressing their needs and respond to clients with the appropriate sense of urgency and importance

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, or Procurement)

* Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat)

* Build effective and trusted relationships with internal clients

* High energy and enthusiasm required to contribute to and help shape an evolving organization

* Capable of exercising forceful yet sensible project management techniques

* Affable, with a high tolerance for ambiguity
