Job Title: Sustainability Program Manager Location(s): Bellevue, WA The Sustainability Program Manager will work cross-functionally across a subset of client Existing Buildings and Expansion portfolio to develop, implement and lead sustainability initiatives. The candidate is expected to manage a range of stakeholder interests and support related internal communications and change management initiatives. Core Responsibilities: Develop and own the 2040 NZC Glidepath for multiple building formats Prioritize the most impactful carbon reduction initiatives for Sustainable Buildings Plan and execute implementation of initiatives across the portfolio Define and test new innovative solutions to unlock future carbon reduction initiatives Build out and support reporting mechanism to track impact Lead collaborative monthly / weekly reviews to align stakeholders across the org Establish cross-functional relationships in order to leverage resources and integrate onto larger company-wide initiatives/goals. They are passionate about sustainability, and will speak truth to power on what matters for sustainable living, even if it competes with our standard operating procedures. They are willing to roll up their sleeves and execute projects independently, but can also earn trust and build relationships across the organization to leverage existing frameworks. Work Experience in Construction, Operations, Sustainability Program Strategy, Delivery, Design, Implementation Sustainability Programs Background Basic Qualifications: 6+ years of relevant work experience in store design, construction, operations, or sustainability Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Structural or Mechanical engineering, or a relevant study Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Experience with design and implementation of sustainability programs related to construction materials, energy, waste management etc. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge in high volume industrial operations or facilities management Experience working with procurement to drive sustainable product selection Excellent written and verbal communication. PMP, LEED or Well Accredited Daily Schedule/Task Breakdown: Planning & Executing Initiatives Testing of carbon reduction initiatives Building and tracking reports Leading reviews and stakeholder updates on initiatives Cross-Functional collaboration/resource sharing Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
