Job Summary Directs, plans, and leads pharmacy business operations functions. Coordinates activities between the various stakeholders within Pharmacy, Revenue Cycle, Supply Chain Management, Business Intelligence and Analytics, and Finance. Identifies and works to improve clinical and non-clinical processes by leveraging automation (ie, automated dispensing cabinets and inventory management systems) and technology (ie, electronic medical records). Works closely with Information Services and Pharmacy leaders to develop and maintain a pharmacy technology roadmap. Oversees 340B programs at Corewell Health and coordinates policy and operational changes with pharmacy leaders and authorizing officials at respective entities. Coordinates CorewellHealth Delivery System pharmacy medication purchasing, distribution, recall, and contracting activities. Essential Functions
