Who we are looking for:

The VMLY&R Discoverability Team drives the visibility and performance of digital content to connect brands with purpose and results. Senior Connections Managers in the Performance Content group are passionate and well-versed in planning, writing and managing digital content, especially for ecommerce solutions. Collaborating with organic search teammates, they strike an effective balance between writing for both humans and search engines.

What you'll do:
  • Writing, editing and optimizing content, such as Amazon product detail pages, ecommerce landing pages, articles, blog posts and webpages
  • Conducting research and effectively forms strategic content recommendations based on organic search, audience and business insights
  • Documenting client history, processes, case studies and major initiatives
  • Developing and delivering effective and persuasive presentations
  • Expanding our global clients' knowledge, consulting on the strategy, implementation and use of content, as well as the importance of search optimization
  • Keeping VML at the forefront of the industry, proactively exploring and sharing the latest content innovations, best practices, trends and tools
Who you are:
  • Professional, proactive and effective communication skills
  • Outstanding writing and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and eye for accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate with other disciplines and teams
  • Strategic problem-solving skills and a love for content challenges
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce content best practices is preferred
What you'll need:
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in an agency setting
  • Experience in professional digital copywriting, content strategy or content optimization
  • Please be prepared to share a few relevant writing sample

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
