LEAD SYSTEMS ANALYST - 1 JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Provides expert capability in one or more areas of software development, business and data analysis or project management. Assists management in developing short-term and long-term IT strategy. Analyzes and makes recommendations regarding new or enhancements to existing IT solutions. Demonstrates sound business, technical and fiscal judgment on behalf of the department and company, to research, recommend and implement solutions to the most complex business issues. Provides mentorship and coaching to less experienced staff within function. Manages the full software development lifecycle. Career may advance along a more technical track (e.g. as a software developer/integrator) or in the areas of business analysis/project management.
