Submarket Lead III (Director of Business Development) - Transportation OVERVIEW: Seeking an individual to lead and grow a core business segment of the company. The individual will be responsible for setting and overseeing execution of the growth strategy for the business segment, including pipeline creating and management, directing tactical sales execution, product development, pricing, customer contract negotiations and management, and financial forecasting. A successful individual will deploy an aggressive and winning mindset and manage the organization to realize growth goals for the business. The individual should have 10+ years' experience, with MBA preferred. The individual should have prior experience interacting with senior level executives as well as experience with customer contract negotiations. Experience managing a global business is a plus. This individual will initially own the Transportation business segment, with responsibility covering light and heavy duty automotive as well as specialty market areas, for all markets (global). This individual should have career growth aspirations and if successful in role will be considered for additional responsibilities. PRIMARY DUTIES:
