Jr Applications Programmer

As a member of our group, you will work with a team focused on delivering innovative business solutions using emerging technologies through proven successful methods. We are currently seeking candidates for this role to work in our Chesapeake, VA area. This is not a remote position.

Create, modify, and test the code, forms, and script that allow computer applications to run. Work from specifications drawn up by software developers or other individuals. May assist software developers by analyzing user needs and designing software solutions. May develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information. May require development of technical documentation support. This role will have direct engagement with clients.

Requirements (education/experience/certifications):

HS diploma or equivalent. Accredited BS degree preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Technical Skills: able to read and program in VBA, MScript
• Public Trust Clearable

Desired Skills:

• Technical Skills: Python, PowerBI, SQL
• Experience with government financials
