Senior Operations Manager to join our team in
Albuquerque, NM!
As a
Senior Operations Manager you will be responsible for aligning to & assisting Regional Leadership in development, implementation and tracking of operational best practices and KPI's (such as uptime & operational cost per site, safety, etc.); with responsibility to maintain/ improve KPI's for assigned operational sites.
What You'll Do:
- Lead continuous improvement, coaching and mentoring programs aligning with KPI's, Report Tools, CRM and other tools/initiatives.
- Assure Superior Customer Service by working with the local service teams and customers.
- Manage, assist and monitor all operational challenges working with all Team members to resolve.
- Monitor for problems, taking immediate action where possible and escalating when required.
- Work cooperatively with other OTC associates; be a Team player including offering assistance when requested/required
- Present OTC professionally and competently in all situations adhering to OTC's mission statement and core values.
- Monitor, review and provide all the necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports. Building and creating custom reports as required or requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned/required.
- Distribution experience preferred.
- CSD or any Cloud Base Industrial Platform highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Sellits is a plus.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's in business or equivalent business experience.
- 3+ years managing service and operations with profit & loss responsibility.
- 5+ years experience working in distribution operations.
- Developing and upgrading talent; driving pay for performance and efficiency mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
