Description
We are looking for a Project Manager who will play a critical role in the success of our HR strategy by driving key HR, Talent and DEI projects that have a direct impact on our organizational success and employee experience. In this role, you will have direct responsibility for managing various HR related projects and initiatives. You will be accountable for all aspects of project management including, but not limited to, scoping, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, planning, process mapping, requirement analysis, documentation, risk management, and training. Who you are: You are an excellent communicator and exercise good judgement. You thrive through developing strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with colleagues and leaders across the organization and HR. You have experience in working in a matrixed organization and can be a bridge between the complexities of the organization and HR. You know that project management is not a one-size fits-all concept and you use your experience and understanding of your clients' needs to create a customized project plan. You can complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. You will play a critical role in the implementation and management of companywide HR programs, projects, and initiatives. This position requires a blend of project management expertise, and an understanding of HR functions to drive initiatives that support our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager who is highly organized and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a background in HR. This position has the potential to work virtually and can be filled near any BC office with a preference of Denver, CO. What you will do:

The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future. Location A: Salary $78,000- $106,000 Location B: Salary $85,000 -$116,000 Location C: Salary $93,000 -$127,000 You can view which BC location applies to you here.
