Position Title: Packaging Lead
Wage: $19.00-$22.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm (Mon-Thurs) QPS Employment Group has a great Packaging Lead position available at a company in Lincoln, NE. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Packaging Lead Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate various hand and power tools to assemble a variety of sports equipment. - Read and understand detailed instructions and assembly drawings. - Read, understand and communicate effectively in English. - Ensure all assembled products meet quality standards and adhere to design specifications. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations. - Inspect finished product for defects or errors, ensuring the highest level of quality control. - Collaborate with the assembly/packaging team to meet production deadlines. - Assist in other areas of the packaging department as needed.
