Who we are looking for...

We are looking for a Senior Architect, SAP Technical Services to join our growing team and lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP platform solutions for the business in support of our digital transformation. You will be responsible for ensuring the technical quality, performance, scalability, and security of the SAP systems and platforms that run them. You will also collaborate with enterprise architects and functional teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions that meet business needs and requirements. The ideal candidate has experience in SAP technical architecture, implementation strategy, deployment strategy, integration between systems, data migration, and instance strategy. The individual must possess both deep technical skill and business acumen to translate business and functional requirements to robust and cost-effective technical solutions.

What you will do...

  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture to analyze the current state and future needs of the SAP landscape and propose the optimal technical architecture and roadmap.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP solutions using various technologies and tools such as Business Technology Platform, HANA, Fiori, etc.
  • Provide technical guidance on platform configuration to the SAP application teams ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies.
  • Partner with SAP Service Delivery Manager to monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and security of the SAP systems and applications.
  • Participate in the business case development process by providing cost estimation and input for SAP solution components.
  • Product evaluation, design, and proof of concepts
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP trends and technologies and evaluate their feasibility and benefits for the business.

What you bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 15+ years' experience designing enterprise SAP systems with an emphasis on globally available applications.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in NetWeaver technology include S/4, ECC, BW, SCM, and HANA 2.0
  • Subject matter expert on SAP platform architecture with a background in SAP Basis
  • Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver application development including integration between heterogeneous systems and technologies
  • Experience as a technical leader on large successful SAP deployments or system conversions, ideally with S/4
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

If would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • SAP certification in one or more NetWeaver technologies
  • SAP BTP certification
  • Experience with Datasphere, SAC, Integration Suite, Business Application Studio, and Fiori Launchpad
  • Understanding of SAP RISE, PCE and prior deployment experience

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$133,000-$191,200

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
