Pay Range: $89,000 - $126,000

Job Summary: We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to be part of the IT Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development team at Tempur Sealy. This person will be responsible for X++ development of D365 and D365 integrations with other associated products. This individual will join a team of Dynamics 365 professionals to help implement and support D365 F&O environments used worldwide.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:



  • Read and understand functional requirements and translate them into development tasks
  • Accurately estimate development timelines
  • Clearly articulate any expected challenges with implementing various projects and offer possible solutions or alternatives
  • Explain clearly any unexpected issues or problems encountered during development and offer possible solutions or alternatives
  • Be able to read existing code and make modifications necessary to complete new development work, correct previous issues or offer suggestions on possible improvements
  • Think critically about potential impacts certain development projects may have on the existing system and be able to explain those impacts in an understandable way
  • Aid other team members by being open to brainstorming sessions, discussing possible solutions and assisting in code reviews for projects delivered both internally and by third parties
  • Become knowledgeable about key end-to-end business processes, in both functional and technical capacities
  • Be able to handle shifting priorities and multi-task work on different deliverables

Functional:

Technical:



  • Deep knowledge of developing integrations and customizations in Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • At least 3 years of Dynamics 365 experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on X++ experience in a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience in development.
  • Experience in global delivery and offshore sourcing is a plus.
  • Experience with the C# programming language is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of developing integrations and customizations in D365 F&O.
  • Experience with multiple modules in Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Design, develop, implement and maintain Logic App endpoints for integrations.
  • Knowledge of data exchange formats like JSON and XML
  • Proficient in the use of Visual Studio, debugging and other D365 development tools.
  • Operating System skills in Windows.
  • Solid experience with RDMS systems; and the development of T-SQL queries and views.
  • Solid Experience with .Net and web service development.
  • Knowledge of the DevOps source control systems
  • Solid experience with IT production support and development, and SDLC.
  • Write and debug programs.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
  • Up-to-date with current technology trends.
  • Leverages technical expertise to get results.
