Responsibilities: The Environmental Supervisor is responsible for: File Paperwork Send required samples to Lab for compliance with CBPU permit. Perform storm water sampling, inspections, and maintain proper records Perform yearly training on staff on "Preparedness, Prevention, and Contingency Plan" CBPU Reporting Communicate instructions to staff Payroll Approve Bills Check costs Schedule maintenance Repairs for Department Perform PPE/Work Station Observation Sheet Fill out Monthly Safety Checklist for department Schedule Monthly Training for crew Inventory and order chemicals as needed. Gather competitive quotes and compare vendor costs. Manage solids pickup schedule and data collection. Research options for sludge disposal. Oversee all testing. Oversee all T.M. training. Monitor plant water usage. Educate CFG employees about water conservation. Work with QSI regarding water usage and chemical storage and use. Evaluations Look under microscope for indicating bacteria Enter data in Process control sheet Manage Department KPI's Hire Team Members Continuous Improvement Activity Department Meetings Qualifications:
