Weeks Marine is headquartered in Cranford, New Jersey, and manages a network of regional offices in Louisiana, Texas, Hawaii, Guam, Ontario, and Nova Scotia. Location This position will be located in Cranford, NJ. Responsibilities * Analyze plans and specifications * Perform site visit(s) and meets with owners and designers if required * Prepare take-offs * Prepare budgetary estimates * Establishes means and methods of construction and performs engineering analyses to support means and methods * Prepare costs analysis for certain or all portions of the projects * Solicit quotes from subcontractors and vendors * Prepare construction schedule and perform cash-flow analyses * Close out bids and assist in preparation of supporting documentation * From time to time, visits projects, and prepares cost analyses #LI-MO1 Qualifications * 10+ years of experience in Heavy Civil Marine Construction with 4+ years Estimating preferred * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology/Management required * Proficient skills in standard computer software packages * Supervisory experience preferred * This position requires fluent use of the verbal and written English language #LI-MO1 Other Requirements: Regular, reliable attendance Work productively and meet deadlines timely Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
