As a Senior Java Developer, you will be part of a team responsible for contributing to the design, development, maintenance and support of ICE Chat, a high-volume enterprise instant messaging application. This is an exciting opportunity for a technologist to make a significant impact on the team and help determine the product road map as well as the technologies that will be used. The ideal candidate must be results-oriented, self-motivated and can thrive in a fast-pace environment. This role requires frequent interactions with project and product managers, developers, quality assurance and other stakeholders, in order to ensure delivery of a world class application to our users. An ideal candidate should have a strong sense of ownership and be able to exercise independent judgment as well as collaborate effectively. Responsibilities
