Sales Administrator- County Materials (Pipe)

We are seeking a Sales Administrator for our customer, County Materials Corporation in Astatula, FL.

Job Description

• Assist in various administrative functions, supporting overall team operations.
• Answer phone calls professionally and courteously.
• Create and distribute project submittals, quotes, and contracts.
• Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable, ensuring timely and accurate financial processing.
• Handle Shipping Tickets, Invoicing, and process UPS shipments for logistics support.
• Prepare and manage FDOT paperwork for compliance and regulatory purposes.
• Coordinate Lien Releases, NTO documents, and other legal paperwork as required.
• Oversee Building Tickets (Dispatch) and provide Dispatch Support for scheduling.
• Perform Takeoffs for project estimation and assist with PJM Quoting.
• Provide Employee Support, including managing uniforms and services with Cintas.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2-3 years' experience in a sales support or customer service role
• Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform detailed work accurately
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong follow through skills are important
• Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
