KC STEM Alliance (School of Science & Engineering) Job Description
The primary role of the Associate Director of Operations is to provide program operational support to the KC STEM Alliance and its associated initiatives in preparing more students for college and careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM.) As an independent initiative of the UMKC School of Science and Engineering, the vision of the KC STEM Alliance is to transform communities through innovative STEM education and opportunities for all. The Associate Director of Operations works in partnership with the Executive Director to support educational events for students, educators, and the community-at-large including contracting, purchasing, volunteer management and connectivity among all related staff and contractors. DUTIES

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree Anticipated Hiring Range
$52,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. Application Deadline
