Your Job Georgia-Pacific Green Bay (Packerland facility) is now hiring for a plant Operations Manager. In this role you will be responsible for leading, coaching, & developing frontline leaders, supporting the capabilities and development of our hourly workforce, and driving results through data utilization and performance management. We're seeking a transformative leader who will own accountability for the results of the plant that are impacted by their team's performance and capability. A successful candidate will have a transformative mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal tools, constructive challenge skills, the ability to stay current on data trends and best practices, and a desire to make a positive impact on others. This role has the potential to be a great developmental opportunity for the right leader within Georgia-Pacific. Our Team The Packerland facility manufactures and distributes leading commercial brands of paper products (napkins, facial tissue, food wrap, and bags). This role at Packerland partners with all internal employees, as well as with other GP mills, to develop and execute on employee initiatives that improve the reliability, productivity, and safety of the Packerland operation.
