Earn $17/hour Position Details: * Match therapists to clients coordinating area and need * Contact health plans or payers to gather policy benefits/limitations and complete eligibility and benefits verification to ensure services provided will be covered by the insurance. * Confirm and ensure the accuracy of data and documents and all communication in computer database * Respond in a timely manner to all referrals and enter into software database * Alert appropriate team members regarding late or missing documents required. * Establish and maintain positive working relationships with patients/clients, and all colleagues and therapists * Work with team, therapists, and patients to identify potential solutions as problems are identified with payer sources. * Maintain the confidentiality of patient/client and agency information at all times * Gain knowledge of applicable payer guidelines and provide documentation of eligibility, benefits, and authorizations * Conduct all business activities in a professional and ethical manner Benefits Merakey offers medical, dental - vision insurance plans, competitive compensation plans and more! * DailyPay * Work/Life Balance * Flexible Schedules * Cell Phone Discount Plans * Employee Referral Bonuses * Tuition Reimbursement * Care.com Membership About Merakey Merakey is a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services.
