Impact You'll Make: The Administrator II, (Facilities Planning) at TransUnion supports our facilities team at headquarters. You will manage external vendors including janitorial, trades/construction contractors, and service providers. You will assist the team with booking auditorium and training rooms for internal customers, with duties including setting customer expectations, logistics planning, and communication to all process stakeholders. Administrative responsibilities in this role will also include invoice processing, Coupa research and processing, creating purchase requisitions, engineer support, project support and mailroom support.
