This position, focusing on candidate sourcing, outreach, and immigration, is ideal for an aspiring physician recruiter passionate about healthcare staffing. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will gain hands-on experience and mentorship from a team of seasoned professionals while actively contributing to the full-cycle recruitment and retention of physician/ faculty members for Temple Health. This role is designed to develop your skills in various recruitment processes and prepare you for advanced roles in physician recruitment.
