Introduction

Senior Workfront and Fusion Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Workfront and Fusion Consultant to support the implementation of Workfront as an Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management tool. As the Senior Consultant, you will work closely with our FM Global team to elicit requirements and design future state processes that are needed to establish an optimized Workfront solution. This role will also be responsible for end-to-end configuration of a scalable Workfront environment, leveraging Fusion where needed. This includes object-level structure, user management, reporting and dashboards, and workflow management. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in both Workfront and Workfront Fusion, with a track record of successfully implementations at the Enterprise Level, beyond marketing functions. What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with FM Global to develop an approach to structure Workfront for use at the Enterprise Level

  • Utilize systems and business analysis techniques to develop and facilitate impactful Adobe Workfront discovery and design sessions with cross-function teams

  • Facilitate/execute requirements gathering, current/future state process definition and solution conceptual design

  • Document and evolve client operational business requirements, mapping them to critical business drivers for the purpose of system functional specifications

  • Direct and execute the design and configuration of the Workfront Solution

  • Develop data visualization

  • Ability to produce data extracts for report tools such as Power BI

  • Implement Adobe Workfront object types including custom forms, calculated fields, proof approval workflows, templates, and advanced reporting

  • Establish Adobe Workfront Setup including access levels layout templates project preferences and other methods to achieve simplicity of end-user design

  • Configure Workfront Fusion scenarios with a streamlined design that meets business objectives

  • Design, develop, test, train, and deploy successful Workfront enterprise work management implementations

  • Help establish a multi-group governance model to provide oversight and support post implementation

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of Workfront implementation experience, specifically for multi-group organizations (beyond marketing functions)

  • At least five years of experience implementing the full suite of Workfront tools, including Workfront Fusion, Proof, and advanced text mode

  • Understanding of and experience with enterprise process mapping to Workfront implementation

  • Understanding of typical Workfront user personas

  • Expertise with native integrations and other Adobe Workfront products and services

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and ADO a plus

  • Experience in multiple industries and businesses

  • Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion certification required

  • Business Intelligence reporting experience a plus (i.e. Power BI)

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
